A large commercial retail structure with 6 active shops faced major business loss due to road level elevations. The shops were situated on weak sandy soil, presenting significant risk of structural shifting.
⚙️ The Engineering Solution
We executed soil compaction grouting first to stabilize the base. Then, we utilized 210 synchronized jacks linked to a centralized safety manifold to lift the complex 4 feet. Shops remained operational during preparation.
